Great smell, good relief, terrible applicator.

The product worked well, smells great. Cools and relieves pain relatively well. I thought the roll-on idea was great so less wasted on hands when applying. However I was applying some on my shoulder and the ball fell completely out of the applicator top. About half of the contents of the bottle flooded down my arm, onto my counter and onto my carpet. The ball just sets in a cradle, the edges aren't crimped to hold it in place. Imagine a tennis ball sitting half way in a can, turn it upside down and it falls out. You can also imagine I was upset that $30 worth of product was on the floor and soaked up with paper towels.
